Use various services, including appointments at the Ministry of Internal Affairs or arranging medical insurance
Receive notifications about status checks and document processing results
Present your QR code when needed along with your ID document

Upon arrival at the border, your application data is checked, a digital profile is created, you receive a Russian Social Security Number (SNILS), and a standard Gosuslugi account. This is needed, for example, to get a Russian SIM card.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Step 2: Create Your Personal Profile

Once installed:

Open the app
Tap “Register”
Upload a photo — take a clear selfie
Enter your passport details — everything must be exact
Fill in personal information — name, date of birth, etc.

Step 3: Submit Your Entry Application

When to apply: at least 72 hours (3 days) before your trip.
