How to check an RKL record
Check the data exactly as it appears in the document: full name, date of birth, citizenship, passport series and number. If you have a new passport, also check the old data. Sometimes the issue is not the register itself, but a different spelling of the name.

A foreigner checks the Gosuslugi page and sees a record in the RKL. The passport shows one date of birth, while the database shows another. The person collects the passport, notarized translation, migration card, registration and screenshot of the check. In the request, they state which data is wrong, attach evidence and ask the MVD to check the grounds for entering the information. If the RKL record is wrong, must it be removed immediately?
