When registering in RuID, the system indicates that SNILS is already linked to another account. There is no access to the old phone and email. How can I unlink the old profile or restore access?

This is a question for the technical support of RuID or Gosuslugi. You need to contact support and request to restore access or unlink SNILS from the old profile.

If you cannot contact support without authorization, try the support channels of Gosuslugi, reach out through the MFC, or restore access using your document and SNILS.
