Did not manage to obtain RuID 72 hours before the trip from Kyrgyzstan — what to do

Hello. Please advise, we did not manage to obtain RuID within 72 hours. We are going on a business trip to a conference, and the application shows an error during processing.

What should we do?

We have hotel vouchers, return tickets, a train ticket from St. Petersburg to Moscow, and a business trip letter.

Don’t worry. Registration in RuID for such a trip is not mandatory, and the absence of a registered RuID should not be a reason for denial of entry.

At the border, they primarily check the valid passport and documents confirming the purpose of the trip. In your situation, it is better to have the following with you:

1. Return tickets.
2. Hotel reservation or voucher.
3. Business trip letter.
4. Conference documents, if available.

If RuID shows an error, you can save a screenshot of the error and, if necessary, show that you attempted to register.

You can travel calmly: for business trips and short-term visits, the absence of RuID itself should not hinder entry.
