It says in RuID that there are no restrictions, but the QR code hasn't arrived — is this normal?

RuID and Entry ✅ Answered

Question

I registered in RuID, submitted an entry application, and passed biometrics. A message appeared stating “no entry restrictions detected,” but the QR code hasn’t arrived. Is this normal?

Answer

If the application indicates that no entry restrictions have been detected, this is a good sign. The QR code may not appear immediately or may not display due to technical errors in the application.

Please save screenshots of the status and any errors. If the QR code does not appear for a long time, it is better to contact RuID support. The absence of a QR code with valid documents should generally not be a reason for entry denial.
