What should I do if I entered incorrect passport data when registering in RuID?

Answer

If incorrect passport data is indicated in RuID, it is better to submit a new application or correct the data if the application allows you to do so.

It is important that the data matches the document you plan to use for entry: last name, first name, date of birth, passport number, and expiration date.

If you cannot make corrections, save a screenshot of the error and contact RuID support.
