VisitRF Support: live person or bot

We have two communication channels. This is intentional: the bot responds instantly and around the clock, while a person responds thoughtfully, but is not always online.

🤖 Telegram Bot — response in seconds

@visitrfbot — automatic assistant:

  • checking entry bans to the Russian Federation;
  • answers to frequently asked questions about RuID, patents, registration;
  • operates 24/7, without days off.

Start with the bot — most questions are resolved there in 2 minutes.

👤 Operator — live person

@visitrf — a person, not a robot:

  • complex situations that the bot did not understand;
  • questions about the website and services;
  • usually responds within a day (we are in the same time zone as Moscow, but people sleep at night).

✍️ What to write to get a faster response

One or two sentences about the situation:

  1. What happened — “RuID is not letting me in,” “I want to check the ban,” “error in the application”;
  2. Who you are — citizenship and status (tourist / working / residence permit);
  3. What you have already tried — reinstalled the app, checked the website, etc.

Example of a good request: “I am a citizen of Uzbekistan, I filled out the application in RuID, an error occurred when entering the passport. I reinstalled it — it didn’t help.”

Frequently Asked Questions about Support

Is this paid?

No. Checking bans and bot responses are free.

Do you consult on laws?

We help clarify the rules and suggest where to turn. We cannot replace a lawyer in a complex case — and we will honestly say so.
